Jupiter 1 september 2021

Vacancy 2021, this time I’ve chosen to take the telescope instead of my MTB. Unfortunately, my location in Marina di Campo was not good for observation, so thank’s to Lello, from the local association in San Piero in Campo, I’ve been able to observe from their beautiful site.

The night was a little bit windy, but anyway a lot better than my traditional place.

This was the second time I’ve used a new camera so the original video was oversampled, creating a lot of problems during the take, in post-processing image was rescaled at 50% of the original size

And finally, playing with these images, a composition of the best.

Mars 3 September 2020

Dopo 5 anni di inattività ho riattivato un sito osservativo a Mongardino, poco distante da casa, e dopo un paio di serate per sistemare l’attrezzatura, finalmente l’inaugurazione con queste riprese. Purtroppo la serata è stata un po ventosa e con scarso seeing, ma utile a rispolverare tutte le procedure .

Purtroppo le riprese RGB erano insufficienti … mi sono dimenticato il filtro ir-cut d’oh!

Dopo parecchi mesi di inattività torno nuovamente a riprendere all’alba. Seeing poco stabile in queste giornate di pioggia e nebbia, ma tutto sommato un buon risultato.

Inltre ho tenuto tutte le riprese nel canale R e IR per effettuare una animazione.
